As a result, we made the decision to host all interviews entirely via video conferencing and this posed unique challenges for all parties, which everyone enthusiastically adapted to.

“Although it was unusual to not meet candidates face-to-face, Adam Burleigh really impressed everyone with his experience and expertise which made him an ideal candidate for the role of Facilities Manager. We were delighted when he accepted the offer and it is a real testament to the strength of our business that we continue to add to our team during challenging wider economic circumstances.”
