Envirotech recently completed a comprehensive upgrade to vital gas infrastructure, showcasing our technical prowess and commitment to operational excellence.

A critical overhaul of the existing 63mm below ground gas pipework was paramount to enhance site safety and energy efficiency. The initiative was coupled with a state-of-the-art CCTV survey to assess pipework conditions and meticulously chart existing routes.

To mitigate operational downtime, our proficient team executed the project during weekend hours, demonstrating our adaptability and consideration for the site’s ongoing activities. This strategic timing was crucial for the seamless replacement of the gas mains and the additional expansion to the 100mm pipework. Gas main testing was conducted post-installation, ensuring the integrity and compliance of the new system.

Further attention was given to the interior gas pipework, where remedials were performed to fortify the infrastructure’s internal framework. By extending our services beyond the initial scope, we fortified the overall gas system’s resilience and reliability.
