Envirotech Building Services were privileged to be engaged by 920 Engineering (part of the Liberty Vehicle Technologies group) to complete the mechanical and electrical installation works at their new European headquarters in Warwickshire.
This flagship centre will support Liberty’s plans to grow its market share in the automotive and other sectors by providing solutions ranging from design and prototyping all the way to volume manufacturing of automotive parts.
The works involved the fit out of the office and research and development space as well as the warehouse and manufacturing hub.
This included process airlines, dedicated process extract system and specialist gasses and our designers worked closely with the client team to develop a design that met their current needs but also a system that could be adapted to future proof the installation to minimise any business disruption caused.
Due to the high power loads utilising a lot of power a BEMS automatic controls system was integrated to help reduce the power usage and improve the sustainability of the processes inside the centre.
Working in the automotive sector brings program and engineering challenges of tight timelines and high specifications that Envirotech brought its knowledge and expertise to deliver and exceed the clients’ expectations.
