Brooks Brothers, Westfield

Envirotech Group has successfully completed and handed over a new store for the high-end clothing brand Brooks Brothers, located at Westfield Shopping Centre, White City.

The scope of works for this project included a full mechanical and electrical (M&E) fit-out, installation of sprinklers, feature lighting, shop front signage, bespoke decoration, and specialist joinery. Over the course of an 8-week programme, we delivered a meticulously finished and stylish store to the client, ensuring that the project was completed both on time and within the allocated budget. This allowed the client to open the store to the public the very next day.

Below Ground and Specialist Install, Milton Keynes

Envirotech Group has recently completed a specialist infrastructure package in 2025, delivering critical enabling works to support the installation of high-performance building services.

Our scope included the installation of below ground drainage systems, incorporating both foul and stormwater networks to serve future development. Our team delivered the project on time and to a high standard, maintaining close collaboration with the wider project team to ensure a seamless interface with follow-on works.

Grade II Listed, National Trust

Envirotech Group has delivered a series of mechanical and electrical upgrade projects across multiple National Trust sites throughout Buckinghamshire. Each property presented unique challenges, requiring a sensitive and bespoke approach to ensure that works were completed in line with the Trust’s conservation standards while delivering essential modernisation.

The programme included a major renovation of M&E systems at one of the Trust’s key heritage buildings, upgrading legacy infrastructure to meet current standards for performance, compliance, and sustainability. Works included the replacement of heat recovery units, new high-efficiency water heaters, installation of air source heat pumps (ASHPs), ventilation upgrades, and full system cleaning and chlorination.

Our Projects

Bicester Eco Business Centre

Envirotech were appointed to deliver the first non-domestic building to achieve Passivhaus-Plus. The business centre was built to be a space for small businesses and co-working whilst also being as sustainable as possible for a building of that size.

Being the first Passivhaus-Plus project in the country, special attention had to be paid to the energy generation and consumption, with an array of photovoltaic panels spanning the roof generating roughly 45 kWh/(m²TFA·a).

In the summer, the mechanical ventilation system is supplemented with natural ventilation. The natural ventilation is provided by louvred ventilation panels, automatic openable windows and roof lights.
