Call Centre Refurbishment

The Envirotech Group have recently completed a full refurbishment of a two-story 21,500 square foot call centre for a multinational insurance brokerage. The project included new floors, partition walls, ceilings, full decoration, welfare facilities & complete M&E. A 30-week programme, over 15,000 accident-free site hours & again on budget & on programme.

The existing office space had become dated & infrastructure limitations became restrictive for the clients requirements, it was essential to provide a detailed & coordinated project to ensure latest design, appearance & efficiencies were achieved whilst maintaining a live office and call centre environment. Generally, all equipment is removed & stripped back to an outgoing connection point for existing services.

Envirotech Group entities have again proved invaluable to assist client well past project completion in assisting with system familiarization, training & service support. Great evidence of design, build & maintain.
