Envirotech Group have successfully completed a full refurbishment of a 2nd-floor office block in Glasgow. The project involved a complete strip-out of existing fixtures and fittings, followed by a fresh installation of new decorations, flooring, and doors.

Ceilings were repaired and upgraded, while walls were constructed using high-quality sound-insulated materials, finished with a combination of matt white and feature colours. We also installed proprietary aluminium doors and glazed modules with acoustic glass, ensuring both style and functionality.

In addition to the structural work, we carried out essential mechanical and electrical upgrades. This included the extension of drainage and cold-water services for new kitchenettes, installation of a new VRF system for modular offices, and the implementation of upgraded fire protection and ventilation systems.

All systems were tested, commissioned, and certified to meet regulatory standards. The flooring featured modular carpet tiles and vinyl finishes, carefully installed to create a seamless transition between areas. The refurbishment was completed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a high-quality finish throughout the office space.
