Envirotech Group has recently completed a specialist infrastructure package in 2025, delivering critical enabling works to support the installation of high-performance building services.

Our scope included the installation of below ground drainage systems, incorporating both foul and stormwater networks to serve future development. Surface water management was a key focus, with ACO drainage channels installed to effectively direct runoff while meeting site-specific load and flow requirements.

In addition, we constructed a series of reinforced concrete plinths and bespoke housings designed to accommodate specialist mechanical and electrical plant. These were tailored to precise client specifications, providing a robust and level base for equipment while ensuring ease of access for future maintenance and integration into the overall building design.

Despite site constraints and coordination with other trades, our team delivered the project on time and to a high standard, maintaining close collaboration with the wider project team to ensure a seamless interface with follow-on works.
