Envirotech Group has successfully completed the CAT A fit-out of a two-storey office space at South Caldecotte, Milton Keynes in 2025, delivering a high-quality and fully compliant working environment.

Following our appointment to deliver the works, Envirotech was responsible for the complete internal fit-out of both the ground and first floor core areas, transforming the existing shell into a modern office facility.

The scope included the formation of new internal offices, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and support spaces, all finished to a high standard. Suspended ceilings, raised access floors, sanitary accommodation, and kitchenettes were installed throughout, providing a cohesive and functional working environment.

Fire-rated partitions, glazed screens, and acoustic treatments were implemented in line with the approved fire strategy and current building regulations. Mechanical and electrical systems were adapted and coordinated to suit the new layout, including lighting, ventilation, access control, and plumbing systems, all delivered to a high specification.

Despite logistical and programme challenges, the project was delivered on time, with all quality, safety, and compliance objectives met. The finished space provides a flexible and professional environment ready for immediate tenant occupation.
