Envirotech had previously completed The Graham Sutherland and Armstrong Sidderly energy centres for Coventry University developing a reputation for delivering challenging projects to a high standard.

Envirotech were appointed with a brief to provide a turnkey solution utilising all of the knowledge we had gained from partnering with the university on previous projects.

The university operates 24 hours a day, and strategic planning took place to ensure shutdowns were completed at times expected to cause the least distribution. Temporary plant was provided to ensure disruption to university operations was minimal.

Our project team worked closely with the university to deliver this project and the client was delighted with the standard of the finished energy centre.

Our 3D Survey took place at the 12 months defects handover which we are pleased to say went over with zero snags due to our zero-snag policy
