Envirotech Building Services has been appointed to deliver the sensitive renovation of a Grade II listed Victorian property, previously used as a residential building. The four-storey property is being carefully repurposed to provide high-quality office accommodation while maintaining and respecting its historic character.
The development involves the full refurbishment of the upper ground, first, and second floors into modern office space, with the attic area converted for storage use. Plant and mechanical services will be housed within the lower ground floor, with careful planning to maximise space and minimise visual impact. Restoration of the remaining lower ground floor area will form a future phase of work under a separate scheme.
Given the building’s listed status, all interventions are being designed and executed in close coordination with conservation requirements, ensuring that the architectural integrity and heritage value of the property are preserved while bringing it up to modern standards of usability and efficiency.
