Envirotech has delivered a series of mechanical and electrical upgrade projects across multiple National Trust sites throughout Buckinghamshire. Each property presented unique challenges, requiring a sensitive and bespoke approach to ensure that works were completed in line with the Trust’s conservation standards while delivering essential modernisation.

The programme included a major renovation of M&E systems at one of the Trust’s key heritage buildings, upgrading legacy infrastructure to meet current standards for performance, compliance, and sustainability. Works included the replacement of heat recovery units, new high-efficiency water heaters, installation of air source heat pumps (ASHPs), ventilation upgrades, and full system cleaning and chlorination.

Each site demanded close coordination with National Trust teams to plan and phase works with minimal disruption to public access and day-to-day operations. All works were designed and delivered to preserve the historic character of the properties while improving comfort, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
